Relief manager needed at self-storage properties: Part-Time
Duties include:
Property inspections focusing on sweeping units and performing lock checks
Renting storage units
Collecting rent
Delinquency calls
Requirements:
Customer service experience
Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
Debt collections experience
Sales experience
Self-motivated
Electrical experience a plus
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to travel between multiple facilities
