WHAT IS A KIOSK?
Want to rent a unit or make a payment but the office is closed? No worries. The KIOSK is available for 24/7 storage unit rentals and payments. Have questions? Push the call button and someone will assist you.
We have added these KIOSKS to make the storage rental and payment process convenient for all of our customers.
- This is NOT an ATM.
- This machine does not dispense change. If you make a payment with cash, any excess amount will be applied to the following month's rent.
- Any unit that is six (6) days past due is over-locked. If a payment is made on an over-locked unit, the unit will be unlocked on the next business day.
- All units have four (4) digits. If your unit is a three (3)-digit number, place a zero (0) in front. Example: Unit #101 = 0101.
- Do not press the back button during your transaction. This will cause your credit card to be charged twice. Log out and log back in to make any changes to your account.
- There may be a slight delay from the time you rent your unit until you will be able to get through the gate.
